Kallie Dale

Kallie Dale is an experienced attorney with a deep commitment to advancing justice for underserved communities. Over the course of her career, she has worked to expand access to legal services for Montanans facing barriers in housing, health care, education, and more. At Montana Legal Services Association, Kallie founded the Montana Health Justice Partnership and led the Montana Eviction Intervention Project, helping build innovative programs that connect legal support to those who need it most.

Kallie’s legal practice has included immigration, family law, housing, public benefits, education access, employment law, consumer protection, and debt issues. She also spent time at the Indian Law Resource Center in Helena, where she advocated for legal reforms to strengthen tribal sovereignty, particularly in cases involving violence against women.

A Helena native, Kallie returned home in 2015 after a decade of adventure. Her commitment to justice was shaped early by her parents, Matt and Kim—both social workers—who taught her the importance of standing up for others. Today, she brings that same spirit to her work and her family, with the hope of passing those values on to her children.

Outside the office, she enjoys hiking and biking with her family, crocheting, and unwinding with Korean dramas on Netflix.
